Shipping Information

Available Delivery Options

• Federal Express - sometimes the most expensive option, but with the best tracking information and guaranteed delivery times. We now offer their less expensive Smart Post option which is picked up from us by FedEx, but final delivery to you is via USPS.
• USPS - USPS is often the least expensive option but there are no guaranteed delivery times and there is next to no tracking information available.
• Pick Up - if you're in Atlanta, stop by our office and pick up your order in person. (get directions/map)

All of our products, tickets and event wristbands are delivered by either UPS or Federal Express.

Federal Express offers the most reliable delivery service, with guaranteed delivery times. FedEx also has the most up-to-date and comprehensive tracking information.

Once your order has been marked as shipped in our system you will receive an email indicating your order has been dispatched and you'll be provided with the tracking number.

Please note: sometimes you'll receive your tracking information before FedEx has actually picked up your package. Therefore, we recommend you track your package after 7 pm ET the day you receive the email, otherwise it may not yet be in FedEx's system.

FedEx delivery times are always based on business days. For example, if you select FedEx Priority Overnight shipping, your product will be delivered the following BUSINESS day.

Things to remember:

• You'll need to complete your order before 2pm ET (11am PT) to qualify for next day delivery
• Next day delivery is not available for our custom wristbands or full color custom tickets.

During the check out process you're able to get an exact quote for the cost of shipping to your delivery address. Simply choose the delivery method that best suits your budget and time-line. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

• Ground Business Delivery

  Delivery time based on your location - (see map)

• Smart Post

  Delivery time based on your location but usually within 7 business days - Smart Post option is picked up from us by FedEx, but final delivery to you is via USPS.

USPS

We offer a variety of delivery methods with USPS shipping but there are no guaranteed delivery times and virtually no tracking information. Their tracking information is limited to when it was picked up. There is virtually no information available about the whereabouts of your package once it has been picked up.

International Shipping

We are able to ship your order to most places in the world via FedEx International Delivery or USPS. You are responsible for any and all import taxes and customs duty. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding your location and delivery times.
