Customized Wristbands

We can custom print text and black images on any wristband - Tyvek, Plastic, Vinyl, Litter-Free or Cloth

Once your order is placed through the website you can email your black imprint text/logo to Art@EventWristbands.com. Please reference your order number in the email and attach images as a .pdf, .eps, .ai or .jpg.

For Plastic (vinyl) Wristbands - $45.00 set up fee
There is a one time per image/text set up charge of $45.00 per order.

As long as the text/image stays the same, you can get as many wristband colors as you want, and only pay the $45.00 charge one time per order.

If the text/image is changing between different colored wristbands, you would pay the $45.00 for each change.

For example, if you want to order 500 Neon Yellow and 500 Neon Green plastic wristbands, and the text/image being printed on them is the exact same, the charge is the cost for the wristbands plus only one set up charge of $45.00.

But, if the Neon Yellow bands need to say "Saturday" and the Neon Green need to say "Sunday" - you would need to pay the $45.00 set up fee twice.

For Tyvek Wristbands - $35.00 set up fee
There is a one time, per image/text set up charge of $35.00 per order.

As long as the text/image stays the same, you can get as many wristband colors as you want, and only pay the $35.00 charge one time per order.

If the text/image is changing between different colored wristbands, you would pay the $35.00 for each change.

For example, if you want to order 500 Neon Yellow and 500 Neon Green Tyvek wristbands, and the text/image being printed on them is the exact same, the charge is the cost for the wristbands plus only one set up charge of $35.00.

But, if the Neon Yellow bands need to say "Saturday" and the Neon Green need to say "Sunday" - you would need to pay the $35.00 set up fee twice.

* * Important information about reordering or ordering additional wristbands at a later date * *

Unfortunately, we cannot keep the plates used to make your custom wristbands. Therefore, if, after you have received your initial order, you need to order additional wristbands you will be required to pay the set up fee again. We know this stinks, but there isn't a way around this at the moment and we apologize in advance.

Shipping

Our custom wristbands ship from Wisconsin. Our generic wristbands ship from Atlanta, GA. Unfortunately, if you order both generic and custom wristbands you may need to pay for an additional shipping cost. Sorry!

We don't offer Same Day Shipping for our custom wristbands. Typical turnaround time is 2-3 business days plus shipping for Tyvek and 10-13 business days for Plastic.
